I got interested in internet marketing back in 1994. Then the ISP’s were Prodigy and Compuserve (say it with me, dino-saur). Emails were ten cents each over 30, and you got charged by the minute to surf the internet. It was real easy to chalk up a $400 a month phone bill with teenage kids in the house. I got the idea to sell “thigh cream” when it just hit the market, and using online classified ads, I sold thigh cream to people all over the world via mailorder.

It was very interesting for me to even talk through emails. Back then, I looked at all that “internet marketing” as just a hobby and didn’t take it seriously. I went on to pursue other things and after raising a family and working a regular 9 to 5 job, I just sat on the sidelines and watched as technology continued to progress and “internet marketing” has become the backbone of the economy.
